A successful bond return requires meeting the high standards of property managers. Here is what our experienced cleaners focus on during a vacate clean:

1. Kitchen Deep Clean

The kitchen is the most heavily scrutinized area. We clean oven interiors, cooktops, range hoods (including filters), cupboards inside and out, sinks, taps, and countertops. Any grease build-up is thoroughly removed.

2. Bathrooms and Laundry

We descale shower screens, clean wall tiles, wash tubs, sanitize toilets, and polish mirrors. Exhaust fans are cleaned of dust, and all drawers or cabinets are wiped down internally.

3. Bedrooms and Living Areas

Dusting cobwebs, wiping down skirting boards, cleaning light switches and power points. Wardrobe tracks are cleared of dust, and floors are vacuumed and mopped.

4. Windows and Tracks

We clean internal window panes, wipe down sills, and vacuum window tracks. External window washing can be requested as an additional service.
