Who we are
Bond Cleaners Sydney is a cleaning service for tenants, owners and property managers across Sydney. We focus on the clean that happens at the end of a tenancy, when the property is empty and every surface is about to be compared against the condition report.
Because we work almost entirely on vacant rentals, our teams know where exit reports usually go wrong: oven interiors and rangehood filters, shower screens and grout, window tracks and flyscreens, skirting boards, and marks behind doors and around switches.

How we work
You tell us about the property — bedrooms, bathrooms, carpeted rooms, condition and any extras — and the quote is calculated from those details. On the day, the team works through the exit checklist room by room. If the property has strata access requirements such as a lift booking or a loading dock window, let us know at booking so it can be scheduled properly.
We keep our claims simple: we tell you what is included, what is not, and what your tenancy agreement may require. If something is outside our scope, we say so rather than promise it.
